The main legislation regulating Forest Law in our country is the Forest Law No. 6831. In general, lawsuits related to Forest Law can be classified as; lawsuits arising from inconsistencies between forest cadastre and land cadastre, lawsuits related to immovable properties that are deeded in the name of a person, which are annotated as forest by the administration or made forest by court decision, lawsuits arising from the de facto forestation of immovable properties that are excluded from the forest due to the loss of forest quality in accordance with Article 2/B of Law No. 6831.
